Twice I had arranged for service and a loaner car, both times the loaner was not available. One time drove all the way into the dealership and was only told while there that the loaner would be unavailable. Also I was charged $234 for an AC repair that I think should have been covered by warranty.

Staff was courteous and my car was inspected and issue resolved in a timely manner. The shuttle driver is excellent: kind, respectful.

The minute you pull in to service, your totally taken care of! CUSTMER SERVICE is the best! Then your MAINTENANCE REP comes out and just makes you at ease with asking is staying or need a ride to restaurant or whatever. They call you on phone to ask if you would like several things taken care of, you can say no. Then when finished, they let you know and your car is waiting for you! I AM SO HAPPY with my Voltzwagon. I have had it 3 years now. I will always come back to purchase ano5her Volkswagen and know zi have a company that services all the needs for my car! Thank you!

Routine service was fine, but technicians were unable to replicate the intermittent transmission problem I was experiencing, so they blamed it on me stating that I applied the break at the same time that I was trying to accelerate. I I have been driving for over 70 years now, and I’ve never done that, and was disappointed to hear that my problem was dismissed as incompetence.
