5 Stars. Upon entrance to the dealership, which we were originally looking for a Toyota Grand Highlander, we were met by one of the kindest, helpful salesperson (Sean Singleton). We talked about what we were looking for and the direction we wanted to go in a vehicle. We talked about Toyota, test drove a Nissan, and Sean introduced us to the VW Atlas. Not being a salesperson for the VW part of the dealership, he grabbed an Atlas, walked us through it, and took it for a spin. VW Atlas was not on our initial list, but Sean certainly helped put it at the top of our top 3 choices for a vehicle. They came up with numbers and we would take time to consider. In the meantime, I test drove and communicated with other dealerships. We decided on liking a Green VW Atlas and were looking around for one. To make a long story short, in communicating with My Volkswagen of Muskegon and Sean, they were able to strike a deal, acquire a car meeting our specifications, and move some metal. Sean Singleton and Nick Kelly ensured we were connected and acquainted with our Atlas. Working with Sean Singleton, Nick Kelly, and MyAuto Import (My Auto Volkswagen) of Muskegon was a pleasure. Not only did they "win" our business, but they acquired a long-term customer. They will be the first stop I make when looking for a vehicle. As a senior with many years of dealership experience, this is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. The amenities, such as drinks & snacks an I absolutely love the zero gravity chair, I sat in it the whole time an really didn't want to get out when my Tiguan was finished. 🤣
